Job Requirements

  • Must have at least three years of management or senior supervisory experience in food and beverage operations
  • Must be certified or willing to become certified in safe food handling and responsible alcohol service within 60 days
  • Must demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be professional energetic self-motivated and able to lead and motivate a team
  • Must have the ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
  • Must have strong teamwork and collaboration skills

Job Qualifications

  • At least three years management and or senior supervisory experience in theme park food and beverage operations restaurant management or multi-unit food and beverage field
  • Experience supervising large teams and interacting with all levels of management
  • Certified in safe food handling and responsible alcohol service or able to obtain certification within 60 days
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple operations independently
  • Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional energetic self-motivated with the ability to motivate others and a positive attitude
  • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
  • Ability to multitask and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including nights weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Lead daily food and beverage operations for catering and special events
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and presentation guidelines
  • Manage inventory control and cost containment measures
  • Oversee cash handling and financial procedures
  • Guide, train, and motivate seasonal staff
  • Support team development and cross-department collaboration
  • Plan and execute long-term strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue
