Job Requirements
- Available to work 1st and 2nd shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to perform physical tasks including reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, pulling, stooping
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
- Pass background and drug screening as required
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic math skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous cash handling experience preferred
- Customer service skills
- Ability to operate POS systems
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
Job Duties
- Take guests' orders and process all payment methods following accounting procedures and policies
- Prepare beverages and simple food items
- Record transactions in the POS system at the time of order
- Set up and organize cashier workstation with designated supplies, forms, and resource materials and maintain cleanliness of workstation at all times
- Count bank at end of shift, complete designated cashier reports, resolve any discrepancies, deposit receipts, and secure bank
- Complete opening duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, including bank, and ensuring everything is in working order
- Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs
