Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • minimum of three years' experience in a Food and Beverage position in a luxury hotel environment
  • ability to work full time
  • excellent communication skills
  • knowledge of safety and hygiene standards
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • legal authorization to work without visa sponsorship

  • maintains positive guest relations at all times
  • anticipates guests’ needs, responds promptly, and works in conjunction with all assigned staff to deliver consistent and sought-after fine dining experiences
  • ensures that the Food and Beverage operation (In Room Dining) meets hotel operating standards
  • communicates with guests and makes recommendations for menu and beverage selection
  • develops new and maintains repeat business through effective guest relations
  • recognizes guests and addresses them by name whenever possible
