Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong interpersonal skills
- physical ability to stand for long periods
- knowledge of responsible alcohol service and safety regulations
- ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- willingness to obtain TIPS certification if not already certified
Job Qualifications

- previous bartending experience preferred but not required
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of beverage preparation

- basic math skills for handling transactions
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
- greet guests promptly and create a positive, welcoming bar experience
- engage with guests, make drink recommendations, and ensure satisfaction throughout their visit
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies and sanitizing equipment
- verify guest identification and ensure compliance with responsible alcohol service laws and company policies
- accurately handle cash, credit card transactions, and end-of-shift reporting
- assist with setup and breakdown of bar service for daily operations and special events
