Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • physical ability to stand for long periods
  • knowledge of responsible alcohol service and safety regulations
  • ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately
  • willingness to obtain TIPS certification if not already certified

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous bartending experience preferred but not required
  • excellent communication and customer service skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of beverage preparation
  • TIPS certification or willingness to obtain
  • basic math skills for handling transactions

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
  • greet guests promptly and create a positive, welcoming bar experience
  • engage with guests, make drink recommendations, and ensure satisfaction throughout their visit
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies and sanitizing equipment
  • verify guest identification and ensure compliance with responsible alcohol service laws and company policies
  • accurately handle cash, credit card transactions, and end-of-shift reporting
  • assist with setup and breakdown of bar service for daily operations and special events
