- Previous experience in bartending or food and beverage service
- Ability to stand for long periods and move frequently
- Capability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in English

Job Duties
- Deliver a consistently high level of guest service
- Maintain a safe environment throughout the shift
- Keep the bar area clean following food safety and health department guidelines
- Maintain an accurate cash drawer and resolve discrepancies
- Mix drinks according to standard operating procedures to control costs and ensure quality
- Fulfill special guest requests such as specialty cocktails, dietary restrictions, or special occasions
- Report imperfections and work with other departments to correct issues
- Communicate effectively with other departments and the extended hotel team
