Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in bartending or food and beverage service
  • Ability to stand for long periods and move frequently
  • Capability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in English
  • Commitment to delivering excellent customer service

Job Qualifications

  • Previous bartending experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Basic knowledge of drink mixing and bar equipment
  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures

Job Duties

  • Deliver a consistently high level of guest service
  • Maintain a safe environment throughout the shift
  • Keep the bar area clean following food safety and health department guidelines
  • Maintain an accurate cash drawer and resolve discrepancies
  • Mix drinks according to standard operating procedures to control costs and ensure quality
  • Fulfill special guest requests such as specialty cocktails, dietary restrictions, or special occasions
  • Report imperfections and work with other departments to correct issues
  • Communicate effectively with other departments and the extended hotel team
