Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 3 to 5 years of experience in data management or administrative support or relevant internship experience for recent graduates
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain productivity
- Attention to detail and precision in financial data handling
- Commitment to meeting deadlines
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in data management or administrative support, though recent graduates with relevant internship backgrounds are welcomed
- High school diploma or GED is required
- specialized hospitality or business certifications are a definite advantage
- Advanced comfort level with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Natural problem-solving instincts and ability to stay productive without constant supervision
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to listen actively and communicate clearly with both teammates and corporate clients

- High level of precision when handling financial data and strict adherence to project deadlines
Job Duties
- Expertly craft a variety of smoothies, juices, and specialty food items, maintaining strict quality and health standards
- Utilize digital tools like Acosta Sprint and Microsoft Excel to organize and update vital client documentation
- Manage the lifecycle of promotional events within client financial software to ensure marketing goals are met
- Audit promotional trade spend accounts, resolving any discrepancies or alerts to keep financial claims balanced
- Review incoming customer orders to verify that promotional pricing has been applied correctly
- Facilitate the launch of new products by inputting accurate pricing and descriptive data into public-facing databases
- Lend a hand with various administrative projects to ensure the success of large-scale merchandising campaigns
