Job Requirements
- minimum education of high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to follow food safety and handling procedures
- willingness to engage with senior residents and guests
- ability to work consistent daytime shifts with no late nights
- eligibility to work in the state of Texas
- completion of required state-mandated screening process upon hiring
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in food service or hospitality is a plus but not required
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work collaboratively with a team
- attention to detail and commitment to hygiene and safety standards
- positive attitude and willingness to learn
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
Job Duties
- deliver top-notch hospitality in a team-oriented setting
- wait for and take orders from residents and guests
- set tables and bus them after meals
- serve food and beverages promptly and politely
- assist in the kitchen with dishwashing and food preparation
- maintain cleanliness and pleasant appearance of the dining area
- accurately record mealtime transactions following community policies
