Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred but not required
- ability to stand for extended periods
- strong customer service orientation
- must pass state-required screening process
- residency within the state of Kentucky
- availability to work consistent schedules without late nights

Job Duties
- Deliver top-notch hospitality in a team-oriented setting
- wait tables, take orders, set and buss tables, serve food and beverages, and maintain dining room appearance
- assist with dishwashing, food preparation, and cleanliness
- complete shift duties including stocking, POS entries, and arranging dining areas
- know menu items and specials to answer questions confidently
- record mealtime transactions following policies and procedures
- interact with residents and guests responding to their dining needs
- ensure compliance with sanitation, food handling procedures, and regulatory requirements
- follow all food and beverage protocols aligned with the community mission
