Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous hospitality or food and beverage experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to lift moderate weight items
- Flexible schedule availability including evenings weekends and holidays
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Job Duties
- Promptly deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests ensuring proper presentation and quality
- Assist servers with table maintenance including clearing plates refilling water and resetting tables
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure order accuracy and meet special requests
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of work areas including service stations and dining areas
- Uphold Hyatt's brand standards maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor
- Provide assistance with opening and closing duties as assigned
- Respond promptly to guest needs and inquiries to ensure high satisfaction
- Maintain compliance with health safety and sanitation regulations
