Job Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand or walk for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift carry and transport trays or items weighing up to moderate weight
- Flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Promptly deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests ensuring proper presentation and quality
- Assist servers with table maintenance including clearing plates refilling water and resetting tables
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure order accuracy and special requests are met
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of work areas including service stations and dining areas
- Uphold Hyatt’s brand standards and maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times
- Provide assistance with opening and closing duties as assigned
- Respond promptly to guest needs and inquiries to ensure a high level of satisfaction
- Maintain compliance with health safety and sanitation regulations
