Job Requirements
- Math skills necessary to calculate patron bills and take inventory
- Skill in mixing and serving alcoholic and/or nonalcoholic beverages
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions in English and possess basic math skills
- Ability to follow oral instructions and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to concentrate on work assignments despite interruptions and distractions
- Observe established safety procedures when using knives and other equipment
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and procedures to prevent contamination
- Knowledge of basic food handling techniques, personal hygiene standards, and safe work procedures
- Ability to read and understand written material
- Knowledge of basic arithmetic such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and decimals
