Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to follow directions and work in a fast-paced environment
- must be able to pass mandatory screening process as required by state regulations
- residency within Texas
- availability to work consistent schedule with no late nights

Job Duties
- deliver top-notch hospitality in a team-oriented setting
- wait tables and take orders
- set and buss tables
- serve meals and beverages
- assist with dishwashing and food preparation
- maintain dining room cleanliness and appearance
- complete POS entries and stock supplies
- know menu items and specials to answer diner questions
- record mealtime transactions according to policies and procedures
- interact with residents and guests to respond to dining needs
- ensure compliance with sanitation and food handling procedures
- follow food and beverage protocols in line with community mission
