- ability to follow food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- deliver top-notch hospitality in a team-oriented setting
- wait and take food and beverage orders
- set and buss tables ensuring a clean and pleasant dining area
- serve meals to residents and guests efficiently and courteously
- assist with dishwashing and food preparation as needed
- maintain cleanliness of the dining room and service areas
- accurately record mealtime transactions using POS systems
- interact with residents and guests and respond to their dining needs
- ensure compliance with sanitation, food handling procedures, and regulatory requirements
- follow all food and beverage protocols and procedures
