Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in food service operations preferred
- Ability to become certified with TABC and Texas Food Handlers within two weeks of hire
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Ability to operate cash register and POS systems
- Adherence to City policies and safety guidelines

Job Duties
- Greets customers, takes orders, picks up dishes, and cleans tables
- Assists in food preparation and cooking
- Stocks, controls product inventory, and operates concessions area
- Serves food and beverages to customers
- Sanitizes high-touch surfaces
- cleans dining room, food prep areas, grill, and kitchen equipment
- Assists with tournaments and private events
- Maintains accurate records of sales through the proper operation of the cash register and point of sale (POS) system
- Operates POS terminal to input customer orders, receives, and processes credit card or cash payments, and enters amount received
- Adheres to attendance policy
- ensures punctuality for assigned shift
- Follows City policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Performs other duties as assigned
