Job Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- ability to operate POS system
- strong customer service skills
- ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- punctuality and good attendance
- willingness to assist in various food service tasks
Job Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- experience in food service operations
- currently certified with TABC and Texas Food Handlers or ability to become certified within 2 weeks of hire date
Job Duties
- Greets customers, takes orders, picks up dishes, and cleans tables
- assists in food preparation and cooking
- stocks, controls product inventory, and operates concessions area
- serves food and beverages to customers
- sanitizes high-touch surfaces
- cleans dining room, food prep areas, grill, and kitchen equipment
- assists with tournaments and private events
- maintains accurate records of sales through the proper operation of the cash register and point of sale (POS) system
- operates POS terminal to input customer orders, receives and processes credit card or cash payments, and enters amount received
- adheres to attendance policy
- ensures punctuality for assigned shift
- follows City policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- performs other duties as assigned
