Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 months food service experience
  • Availability to work evening shifts starting around 3 pm
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Physical ability to perform duties including standing and carrying items
  • Ability to follow hygiene and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in food service roles such as busser, barback or runner
  • Previous restaurant experience highly preferable
  • Hotel experience is a plus
  • Ability to work varied schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication and guest service skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Complete opening and closing side work including stocking chinaware, silverware and tableware, tending to the coffee machine and grinder, retrieving and delivering food and beverages from the kitchen
  • Retrieve and store chinaware, silverware and tableware
  • Restock, clean and prepare the kitchen
  • Organize and display breakfast and move chairs and tables as needed
  • Display the bar according to established standards including retrieving ice, cutting condiments, setting bottles
  • Monitor inventory and ensure quality condition of all chinaware, tableware and silverware
  • Respond to guest requests in a timely and efficient manner
