Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months food service experience
- Availability to work evening shifts starting around 3 pm
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Strong customer service orientation
- Physical ability to perform duties including standing and carrying items
- Ability to follow hygiene and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months experience in food service roles such as busser, barback or runner
- Previous restaurant experience highly preferable
- Hotel experience is a plus
- Ability to work varied schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and guest service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Complete opening and closing side work including stocking chinaware, silverware and tableware, tending to the coffee machine and grinder, retrieving and delivering food and beverages from the kitchen
- Retrieve and store chinaware, silverware and tableware
- Restock, clean and prepare the kitchen
- Organize and display breakfast and move chairs and tables as needed
- Display the bar according to established standards including retrieving ice, cutting condiments, setting bottles
- Monitor inventory and ensure quality condition of all chinaware, tableware and silverware
- Respond to guest requests in a timely and efficient manner
