Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous food handling or fast food experience preferred
- ability to obtain a Food Handler’s Permit
- some locations require an Alcohol Server’s Permit
- basic verbal and written communication skills
- ability to read and write
- ability to stand and move around for entire shift
- ability to lift at least 25 pounds

Job Duties
- Serve restaurant and room service guests and bus tables
- maintain complete knowledge of menu
- handle guests’ special requests
- accurately complete guests’ orders and collect payments
- balance cash and credit card receipts daily
- adhere to food handling guidelines at all times
- assist with quality and presentation issues, cleanliness and organization of kitchen and restaurant when necessary
- maintain and enforce sanitation laws and safety standards with anyone entering the kitchen or restaurant area
- maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with guests, clients, coworkers, and management
- comply with all tipping laws and company requirements
- assist with inventory, ordering, and receiving of all food and beverage items as directed
- service conference room catered functions as necessary
- adhere to proper grooming and dress codes for the department
- knowledge of and ability to carry out hotel emergency procedures
