Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food handling or customer service preferred
- Must obtain Food Handler's Permit
- Some locations require Alcohol Server's Permit
- Basic communication skills
- Ability to stand and move for full shift
- Ability to lift 25 pounds

Job Duties
- Serve restaurant and room service guests and bus tables
- Maintain complete knowledge of menu
- Handle guests' special requests
- Accurately complete guests' orders and collect payments
- Balance cash and credit card receipts daily
- Adhere to food handling guidelines at all times
- Assist with quality, cleanliness, and organization of kitchen and restaurant
- Enforce sanitation laws and safety standards
- Maintain a positive work atmosphere with guests, clients, coworkers, and management
- Comply with tipping laws and company policies
- Assist with inventory, ordering, and receiving of food and beverage items
- Service conference room catered functions
- Adhere to grooming and dress codes
- Carry out hotel emergency procedures
