Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
- Ability to lift objects with some assistance
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced entertainment environment
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Basic math skills for handling cash and sales transactions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven success in school or previous job experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service
- Customer-focused attitude
- Ability to learn and memorize menu items and promotions
Job Duties
- Deliver guests' food and beverage orders
- Work with lane servers and kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared accurately and swiftly
- Learn the menu, promotions, and weekly specials and relay them to guests
- Accurately ring sales for all food and beverage items
- Help keep the center clean
- Promote responsible alcohol sales and service
- Comply with all local regulations
