Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age to comply with California child labor laws
- ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- must have reliable transportation to and from scheduled shifts
- ability to comply with all uniform policies
- must possess safety-oriented mindset and understand the importance of complying with all state and local food preparation and serving regulations
- must possess exceptional customer service skills with ability to resolve questions, problems, issues, and concerns in a positive and professional manner
- ability to follow direction, multi-task, and work as part of a team as well as independently
- ability to positively engage with guests to promote sales and customer satisfaction
Job Qualifications
- HS diploma or equivalent
- prior restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus
- proven success in school or previous job experience
- must meet minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol
- possess strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- able to communicate effectively
- capable of working independently and as part of a team
- ability to engage positively with guests to promote sales and ensure customer satisfaction
Job Duties
- Greet guests in a fun and inviting manner
- take food and beverage orders
- accept payments and make correct change
- provide food and beverages at the counter in measured quantities according to company standards
- accurately conduct POS transactions while ensuring all procedures are followed including credit and refund transactions
- ensure all PCI and park guidelines are being followed for all financial transactions
- adhere to state, local, and company regulations and laws concerning the service of food and beverage products
- maintain compliance with company and industry best practices, policies, and procedures to create a safe environment for all colleagues and guests
- perform all other duties assigned by leadership
