Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years of age to comply with California child labor laws
  • ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • must have reliable transportation to and from scheduled shifts
  • ability to comply with all uniform policies
  • must possess safety-oriented mindset and understand the importance of complying with all state and local food preparation and serving regulations
  • must possess exceptional customer service skills with ability to resolve questions, problems, issues, and concerns in a positive and professional manner
  • ability to follow direction, multi-task, and work as part of a team as well as independently
  • ability to positively engage with guests to promote sales and customer satisfaction

Job Qualifications

  • HS diploma or equivalent
  • prior restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus
  • proven success in school or previous job experience
  • must meet minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol
  • possess strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • able to communicate effectively
  • capable of working independently and as part of a team
  • ability to engage positively with guests to promote sales and ensure customer satisfaction

Job Duties

  • Greet guests in a fun and inviting manner
  • take food and beverage orders
  • accept payments and make correct change
  • provide food and beverages at the counter in measured quantities according to company standards
  • accurately conduct POS transactions while ensuring all procedures are followed including credit and refund transactions
  • ensure all PCI and park guidelines are being followed for all financial transactions
  • adhere to state, local, and company regulations and laws concerning the service of food and beverage products
  • maintain compliance with company and industry best practices, policies, and procedures to create a safe environment for all colleagues and guests
  • perform all other duties assigned by leadership
