Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol
- ability to work evening and night shifts
- weekend availability
- willingness to walk, bend, stand for extended periods
- physical capability to lift objects with some assistance
Job Qualifications
- Proven success in school or previous job experience
- knowledge of food and beverage service etiquette is a plus
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to learn menu and promotions quickly
- capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Deliver guests’ food and beverage orders
- work with lane servers and kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared accurately and swiftly
- learn menu, promotions, and weekly specials and relay them to guests
- accurately ring sales for all food and beverage orders
- help keep the center clean
- promote responsible alcohol sales and service and comply with all local regulations
