Job Duties

  • Perform opening and closing tasks such as organizing supplies and instruments
  • clean all equipment and areas
  • lock doors at the end of shift
  • verify with captain or supervisor before leaving
  • organize, supply, and maintain work areas
  • replenish ice, glassware, and paper provisions
  • clear dirty items from bar surfaces and tables
  • maintain cleanliness and good condition of bar area, bar furniture, tables, and utensils according to guidelines
  • comply with company security policies
  • report maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries
  • complete safety training and certifications
  • maintain clean and professional uniform and personal appearance
  • protect company information and assets
  • support coworkers and treat them with dignity and respect
  • assist team to achieve common goals
  • meet quality assurance standards
  • move, lift, push, pull, drag, and place objects under 50 pounds without assistance
  • stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods or entire shifts
  • read and check information in various formats
  • handle objects requiring fine motor skills and good hand-eye coordination
  • reach above head and below knees, bend, twist waist, drag, and stoop
  • navigate inclined, uneven, slippery surfaces and stairs
  • welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
  • communicate clearly and professionally
  • answer phone calls with proper etiquette
  • perform other reasonable tasks as requested by supervisors
