Job Duties
- Perform opening and closing tasks such as organizing supplies and instruments
- clean all equipment and areas
- lock doors at the end of shift
- verify with captain or supervisor before leaving
- organize, supply, and maintain work areas
- replenish ice, glassware, and paper provisions
- clear dirty items from bar surfaces and tables
- maintain cleanliness and good condition of bar area, bar furniture, tables, and utensils according to guidelines
- comply with company security policies
- report maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries
- complete safety training and certifications
- maintain clean and professional uniform and personal appearance
- protect company information and assets
- support coworkers and treat them with dignity and respect
- assist team to achieve common goals
- meet quality assurance standards
- move, lift, push, pull, drag, and place objects under 50 pounds without assistance
- stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods or entire shifts
- read and check information in various formats
- handle objects requiring fine motor skills and good hand-eye coordination
- reach above head and below knees, bend, twist waist, drag, and stoop
- navigate inclined, uneven, slippery surfaces and stairs
- welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
- communicate clearly and professionally
- answer phone calls with proper etiquette
- perform other reasonable tasks as requested by supervisors
