Job Requirements
- Must have a clear background check
- must have at least 2-3 years of customer service experience
- must have a great attitude and personality for guest interaction
- must be able to communicate in English
- physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- availability Wednesday through Sunday during show dates
- able to arrive with required dress code (black shirt, pants, shoes with no logos)
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years experience in concession stand or food and beverage service
- strong customer service skills
- ability to work in a loud environment
- calm, motivated, polite, and courteous demeanor
- professional and clean appearance
- ability to stand for long hours and move frequently up and down stairs
- understanding of customer service and hospitality
- effective communication skills in English
Job Duties
- Serve customers and manage cash registers
- prepare and serve food and beverages to customers as required
- answer customer questions accurately and politely
- ensure the concession area remains clean, stocked, and orderly
- facilitate closing inventory and cleaning duties
- keep the working environment clean and sweep after the show begins
- perform other duties as required after each selling period
- assist with setup of concession
