Job Requirements
- Must have a clear background check
- must have at least 2-3 years of customer service
- must have a great attitude and personally as you will be interacting with guest/costumers
- must be able to communicate English

- be comfortable working in a loud environment

- be physically able to stand up for long hours and travel up and down stairs frequently
- understand customer service and hospitality

- work fast and efficiently under pressure
- have a welcoming and friendly attitude
- know when to get the help of a supervisor
- availability for the whole city duration
- speak English mandatory - other languages are an asset
Job Duties
- Serves customers and manages cash registers
- prepares and serves food and beverages to customers, as required
- services customers and answers their questions accurately and politely
- ensures the concession area remains clean, stocked, and orderly
- facilitates closing inventory and cleaning duties
- keeps the working environment clean and sweeps after the show begins
- performs other duties as required after each selling period
- helps with setup of concession
