Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage or retail operations preferred
- Availability to work on-site Monday through Friday
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
Job Qualifications
- Experience working with high technology coffee machines
- Experience in merchandising
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced operational environment

Job Duties
- Daily stocking of product in all applicable areas of the client site
- Merchandising all products to the Crafty Service Creed standard
- Equipment maintenance on a daily and weekly basis
- Wiping down equipment, shelving, and counters throughout each shift
- Inventory of all Crafty-supplied product in the space on a predetermined cadence
- Identifying slow and fast moving products and making recommendations to Account Management
- Predicting inventory issues ahead of time and addressing potential shortages
- Receiving and organizing deliveries following company standards
- Building relationships with clients and checking in on observations or equipment issues
- Communicating issues and needs to the Field Operations team as needed
- Coordinating upcoming special events with Field Operations
- Communicating with the delivery team when applicable
