Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be 21 or older to handle alcohol
- Open availability including nights and weekends preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to bend, stretch, twist, climb, and move in small spaces
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 lbs with assistance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- One to two years of experience in hospitality, retail, or entertainment environment preferred but not required
- Ability to operate POS system
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and noisy environment
- Team player with friendly and outgoing personality
Job Duties
- Operate POS register for food and drinks including bar register when directed
- Prepare food and beverage items following company policies and standards
- Reset and bus the food court seating area
- Wash and dry dishes, glasses, and cooking/food prep utensils
- Conduct all opening and closing procedures including opening and closing cash tills and kitchen cleaning
- Manage food and beverage inventory according to store policies and procedures
- Maintain proper temperature for refrigerators and freezers
- Manage plates, cups, and other utensil inventory according to store policies
- Conduct restroom checks and cleaning including laundry of rags
- Respond politely and friendly to customers' requests
- Occasionally operate POS system to collect payments and allocate bowling lanes
- Occasionally operate POS system to collect payments and lend out facility and equipment like karaoke, billiards, darts, ping pong
- Occasionally operate POS system to collect payments and issue cards and credits for arcade (AM)
- Perform other duties assigned by Store Management
