Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum one to two years relevant experience
- must be 21 or older to handle alcohol
- open availability preferred especially nights and weekends
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift or move up to 100 pounds with assistance
- ability to bend, stretch, twist, climb, and work in small spaces
- ability to use hands and fingers for handling and reaching
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum of one to two years experience in a hospitality or retail environment
- experience in a bowling establishment preferred
- bartending experience preferred
- strong customer service and communication skills
- ability to handle high volume and fast-paced environment
- familiarity with POS systems
- ability to work as part of a team and maintain a friendly demeanor
Job Duties
- Operates POS register for food and drinks including bar register when directed
- prepares food and beverage items utilizing the policies and standards of the company
- resets and buses the food court seating area
- washes and dries dishes, glasses, and other cooking/food prep utensils
- conducts all opening and closing procedures including cash tills and kitchen cleaning
- manages food and beverage inventory by store policies and procedures
- maintains proper temperature for refrigerators and freezers
- manages plates, cups, and other utensil inventory by store policies and procedures
- conducts restroom checks and cleaning including laundry of rags
- responds responsively and politely with a friendly demeanor to customers' requests
- occasionally operates POS system to collect payments and allocate bowling lanes
- occasionally operates POS system to collect payments and lends out facility and equipment such as karaoke, billiards, darts, ping pong
- occasionally operates POS system to collect payments and issues cards and credits for arcade
- performs other duties and responsibilities assigned by Store Management
