Job Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
  • Minimum of one-year related experience or training
  • Ability to prepare, read, and interpret documents
  • Ability to write reports and correspondence
  • Ability to speak and communicate effectively
  • Ability to calculate figures and perform mathematical functions
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
  • Ability to qualify for any required licenses or permits
  • Ability to stand, walk, use hands, and reach frequently
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Must work in a noisy environment with exposure to secondhand tobacco smoke
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Comply with all physical demands and safety standards

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Assist in interviewing, selecting, and training new team members
  • Assist management in preparing administrative records and reports
  • Review, adjust, and administer team members' work schedules
  • Understand and comply with contractual obligations in bargaining agreements
  • Supervise work processes and assign tasks to team members
  • Review team members' performance, productivity, efficiency, and attendance
  • Address complaints, grievances, or concerns from team members
  • Protect and preserve company assets
  • Promote policies and procedures to increase revenue and manage expenses
  • Administer progressive disciplinary actions
  • Facilitate communication between management and team members
  • Provide safety for team members and maintain cleanliness
  • Assist team members with job functions
  • Enforce department uniform, appearance, and grooming standards
  • Practice excellent customer service
  • Meet departmental project and assignment deadlines
  • Adhere to gaming laws and regulations
  • Maintain confidentiality in all matters
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
