Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Associates degree in related field or two years Food and Beverage experience or equivalent
- Minimum of two years previous supervisory experience
- Ability to interact with guests, staff, and colleagues and resolve conflicts tactfully
- Ability to write reports and business correspondence
- Basic arithmetic skills and ability to interpret ratios and percentages
- Flexibility to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime
- Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to present information and respond to questions effectively
Job Qualifications
- Associates degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum two years supervisory experience in Food and Beverage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to resolve conflicts diplomatically
- Ability to write reports and business correspondence
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and interpretation of graphs
- Effective presentation and communication skills
Job Duties
- Supervise an F&B outlet and manage daily shift operations
- Create efficient schedules maintaining labor costs and staffing objectives
- Assist in budget preparation and ensure compliance with financial initiatives
- Promote and enforce superior customer service standards
- Ensure compliance with gaming laws and regulations for the F&B department
- Maintain food service procedures and inspect menu items
- Monitor cost control, inventory, and par levels
- Assist with administrative duties and regulatory compliance
- Maintain confidentiality in departmental and company matters
- Manage staff development, training, and reward programs
- Evaluate team performance and provide feedback
- Recommend staffing and scheduling to meet business needs
- Manage work procedures and workflow
- Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as necessary
