Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Associates degree in related field or two years Food and Beverage experience or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years previous supervisory experience
  • Ability to interact with guests, staff, and colleagues and resolve conflicts tactfully
  • Ability to write reports and business correspondence
  • Basic arithmetic skills and ability to interpret ratios and percentages
  • Flexibility to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to present information and respond to questions effectively

Job Qualifications

  • Associates degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum two years supervisory experience in Food and Beverage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to resolve conflicts diplomatically
  • Ability to write reports and business correspondence
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and interpretation of graphs
  • Effective presentation and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Supervise an F&B outlet and manage daily shift operations
  • Create efficient schedules maintaining labor costs and staffing objectives
  • Assist in budget preparation and ensure compliance with financial initiatives
  • Promote and enforce superior customer service standards
  • Ensure compliance with gaming laws and regulations for the F&B department
  • Maintain food service procedures and inspect menu items
  • Monitor cost control, inventory, and par levels
  • Assist with administrative duties and regulatory compliance
  • Maintain confidentiality in departmental and company matters
  • Manage staff development, training, and reward programs
  • Evaluate team performance and provide feedback
  • Recommend staffing and scheduling to meet business needs
  • Manage work procedures and workflow
  • Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as necessary
