Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- associates degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- minimum two years previous supervisory experience
- ability to interact with guests, staff, and colleagues and resolve conflicts diplomatically
- ability to write reports and business correspondence
- ability to perform arithmetic calculations and interpret graphs
- flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime
- proficiency in Microsoft applications
- ability to present information and respond to questions from groups
Job Qualifications
- Associates degree in related field or equivalent experience
- minimum two years of supervisory experience in Food and Beverage
- strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- ability to write business correspondence and reports
- ability to perform basic math including ratios and percentages
- effective presentation and communication skills
Job Duties
- Supervise an F&B outlet and manage daily shift operations
- create efficient schedules to maintain labor costs and meet staffing and guest satisfaction objectives
- assist in the budget process and report budget concerns
- promote and enforce superior customer service standards
- ensure compliance with all gaming laws and regulations related to F&B
- assist in the development of food service procedures and menu inspections
- maintain cost control methods by monitoring pars and inventory
- assist with administrative duties
- ensure regulatory compliance within the area of responsibility
- maintain confidentiality in all departmental and company matters
