Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • associates degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • minimum two years previous supervisory experience
  • ability to interact with guests, staff, and colleagues and resolve conflicts diplomatically
  • ability to write reports and business correspondence
  • ability to perform arithmetic calculations and interpret graphs
  • flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime
  • proficiency in Microsoft applications
  • ability to present information and respond to questions from groups

Job Qualifications

  • Associates degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • minimum two years of supervisory experience in Food and Beverage
  • strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • ability to write business correspondence and reports
  • ability to perform basic math including ratios and percentages
  • effective presentation and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Supervise an F&B outlet and manage daily shift operations
  • create efficient schedules to maintain labor costs and meet staffing and guest satisfaction objectives
  • assist in the budget process and report budget concerns
  • promote and enforce superior customer service standards
  • ensure compliance with all gaming laws and regulations related to F&B
  • assist in the development of food service procedures and menu inspections
  • maintain cost control methods by monitoring pars and inventory
  • assist with administrative duties
  • ensure regulatory compliance within the area of responsibility
  • maintain confidentiality in all departmental and company matters
