Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in food and beverage management
- strong leadership skills
- ability to motivate diverse teams
- effective multitasking and problem-solving abilities
- proficiency in computer applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- familiarity with POS systems
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- bilingual in Spanish and English
- excellent communication skills
- professional appearance and demeanor
Job Qualifications
- Hospitality oriented
- bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- proven experience in food and beverage management with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
- ability to handle pressures of coordinating multiple activities and provide solutions
- computer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- knowledge of POS systems
- ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- fully bilingual in Spanish and English
Job Duties
- Assist the Food & Beverage Manager in overseeing all food and beverage operations
- supervise and coordinate activities of food and beverage staff including servers, bartenders, and hosts/hostesses
- train new employees on service standards, food and beverage preparation, safety procedures, and customer service protocols
- schedule staff to ensure coverage during peak hours and special events
- monitor guest satisfaction levels and respond to feedback and complaints
- ensure all guests receive exceptional service and have memorable dining experiences
- handle difficult situations professionally and resolve issues satisfactorily
- assist in developing and implementing policies to optimize efficiency and productivity
- oversee inventory management including ordering, receiving, and maintaining stock levels
- ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations including food handling and alcohol service laws
- conduct regular inspections of dining, kitchen, and storage areas
- maintain professional restaurant image including cleanliness, uniforms, and appearance standards
- ensure security procedures are in place to protect employees, customers, and assets
- investigate and resolve complaints concerning food quality and service
- follow company safety and security policies and report accidents and unsafe conditions
- develop and maintain positive working relationships supporting team goals
- ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
- perform other duties as assigned by the manager
