Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Associate degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum two years of Food and Beverage experience
  • Minimum two years of prior supervisory experience
  • Ability to interact with guests and staff diplomatically
  • Ability to write reports and business correspondence
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Flexible to work all shifts including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime
  • Capability to add, subtract, multiply and divide
  • Ability to present information and respond to questions from groups
  • Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
  • Must qualify for licenses and permits required by law

Job Qualifications

  • Associate degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum two years of Food and Beverage experience
  • Minimum two years of supervisory experience
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to author reports and business correspondence
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Effective presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, instructions and procedure manuals
  • Ability to apply common sense to solve problems
  • Must be at least 21 years of age

Job Duties

  • Supervise F&B outlet and manage daily shift operations
  • Create effective staff schedules maintaining labor costs and guest satisfaction
  • Assist in departmental budget process and report budget concerns
  • Promote and enforce superior customer service standards
  • Ensure compliance with gaming laws and departmental regulations
  • Maintain sanitary and pleasant service environment
  • Monitor inventory and maintain cost control methods
  • Assist with administrative duties assigned by F&B Manager
  • Report regulatory compliance issues to management
  • Maintain confidentiality in all company matters
  • Develop and implement staff training and development programs
  • Manage employee performance evaluations and provide feedback
  • Recommend staffing needs, including interviewing and hiring
  • Oversee work procedures and workflow
  • Provide recommendations for employee discipline, coaching, and counseling
