Job Requirements
- college degree preferably specializing in hotel or restaurant management or equivalent experience
- two to three years previous experience in an assistant manager position in food and beverage
- working knowledge of division operations and Four Seasons cultural and core standards, policies, and standard operating procedures
- knowledge of food and beverage service, cost control, labor control, maintenance, merchandising, and accounting
- ability to operate computer equipment and food and beverage computer systems
- proficiency in reading, writing, and oral English

Job Duties
- select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees and supervisors
- ensure established cultural and core standards are met
- plan long-range strategic operations for the outlet
- be visible in operations and provide guest recognition
- promote good public relations and handle guest complaints, concerns, or special requests
- describe and ensure quality of all food items, ingredients, and preparation methods
- provide expert knowledge of wine and spirits
- attend regular operational meetings to coordinate between departments
- control labor and operating expenses through scheduling, purchasing, and inventory control
- observe condition of facilities and equipment and recommend improvements
- comply with Four Seasons' work rules and standards
- work harmoniously with coworkers and supervisors
- maintain high personal appearance and hygiene standards
- provide courteous and professional service at all times
- comply with local legislation
- respond flexibly to changes and extend job duties as required
- attend training and meetings
- ensure a safe workplace by identifying hazards
