Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts diplomatically
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook
  • Knowledge of kitchen and restaurant sanitation, operation and equipment maintenance
  • Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends and overtime
  • Must be at least 21 years old

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Two years previous customer service experience or combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of kitchen and restaurant sanitation, operation and maintenance of equipment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook programs
  • Ability to interact with guests and resolve problems diplomatically
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide including working with fractions and decimals
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including holidays, nights, weekends and overtime as needed

Job Duties

  • Provide guidance and daily supervision to staff in the department
  • Support and administer operational goals and monitor achievements of performance and profit objectives
  • Adhere to scheduling and coordinate with manager any scheduling concerns with attention to guest satisfaction
  • Support compliance to departmental budgets
  • Actively promote and demonstrate superior customer service according to department and company standards
  • Assist in maintenance of cost control methods and procedures by monitoring pars and inventory
  • Help develop procedures for food service and inspect menu items for customer satisfaction
  • Follow quality assurance procedures to meet health and customer service standards
  • Respond to guest needs and report problems to manager
  • Assist manager with administrative duties
  • Conduct pre-shift meetings to relay pertinent information
  • Assist in cleaning and resetting F&B outlet during shift
  • Monitor food and beverage appearance and communicate deviations
  • Assist in cross-training team members
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
  • Maintain confidentiality in departmental and company matters
