Job Requirements
- work authorization in the United States required
- 3 to 4 years' experience working in bar, food, and beverage management preferred
- 1 to 2 years' experience working in luxury bars or restaurants preferred
- strong beverage knowledge of beer, wine and liquor required
- TIPS and ServSafe certifications required
- ability to work flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- excellent problem-solving abilities
- commitment to exceptional guest service

Job Duties
- Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees in the designated Food and Beverage outlet to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met
- plan daily activities and operations for the outlet
- provide support and leadership by being visible in the operation
- provide recognition
- promote good public relations
- handle complaints, concerns, or special requests from guests, clients, and group contacts
- describe and ensure quality of all food items, ingredients, and preparation methods
- provide expert knowledge of wine and spirits in an attentive and distinctive environment
- control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory and cash control
- attend regular operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departments
- observe physical condition of facilities and equipment and recommend corrections and improvements
- fully understand and comply with all federal, state, county, and municipal health, safety, and labor regulations relevant to food and beverage operations
