Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of food & beverage supervisory or management experience
  • experience in hotel, restaurant, or banquet environment
  • experience working in high-volume food & beverage operations
  • ability to lift up to 25 lbs consistently and 50 lbs infrequently
  • ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
  • must be able to legally work in the USA

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of food & beverage supervisory or management experience in a hotel, restaurant, or banquet environment
  • experience working in high-volume food & beverage operations
  • experience with multi-outlet F&B operations is a plus
  • ability to lift up to 25 lbs consistently and 50 lbs infrequently
  • ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift
  • must be able to legally work in the USA
  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties

  • Coordinate and supervise the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets by company standards
  • ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction, addressing any customer inquiries or concerns promptly and courteously
  • maintain high standards of food quality and service, consistently delivering an outstanding dining experience to guests
  • supervise and support the food and beverage sales process, optimizing revenue and profitability
  • train and motivate staff to exceed goals, providing guidance and coaching to maintain service excellence
  • monitor and control food costs and stock levels, implementing strategies to minimize waste and maximize efficiency
  • maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to proper safety and sanitation procedures
  • collaborate with other department heads to ensure smooth interdepartmental communication and cooperation
  • comply with the company's drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policy
  • all other duties as assigned
