Job Requirements
- 2+ years of food & beverage supervisory or management experience
- experience in hotel, restaurant, or banquet environment
- experience working in high-volume food & beverage operations
- ability to lift up to 25 lbs consistently and 50 lbs infrequently
- ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
- must be able to legally work in the USA
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of food & beverage supervisory or management experience in a hotel, restaurant, or banquet environment
- experience working in high-volume food & beverage operations
- experience with multi-outlet F&B operations is a plus
- ability to lift up to 25 lbs consistently and 50 lbs infrequently
- ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift
- must be able to legally work in the USA
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Coordinate and supervise the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets by company standards
- ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction, addressing any customer inquiries or concerns promptly and courteously
- maintain high standards of food quality and service, consistently delivering an outstanding dining experience to guests
- supervise and support the food and beverage sales process, optimizing revenue and profitability
- train and motivate staff to exceed goals, providing guidance and coaching to maintain service excellence
- monitor and control food costs and stock levels, implementing strategies to minimize waste and maximize efficiency
- maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to proper safety and sanitation procedures
- collaborate with other department heads to ensure smooth interdepartmental communication and cooperation
- comply with the company's drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policy
- all other duties as assigned
