Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Ability to bend, lift, and carry heavy objects up to 50 pounds
  • Food handlers and beverage service permits
  • Experience with Word, Delphi, Excel, and POS systems
  • English proficiency

  • College degree preferred but not required
  • At least three years of banquet service experience
  • At least one year of related supervisory or managerial experience
  • Food handlers and beverage service permits
  • Experience with Word, Delphi, Excel, and POS systems
  • Proficiency in English

Job Duties

  • Train, supervise, and set the example for service quality, professionalism, and product knowledge
  • Support hiring, performance reviews, and corrective actions
  • Ensure every guest receives friendly, attentive service and resolve issues on the floor or in the kitchen as needed
  • Handle scheduling, payroll, inventory, ordering, equipment maintenance, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Complete revenue reports, tip records, manager logs, and other required paperwork accurately and on time
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-functioning environment through inspections and preventative maintenance
  • Help achieve goals in sales, service quality, sanitation, and overall Banquet appearance by fostering a positive, productive work environment
