Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in food and beverage operations
  • knowledge of food safety standards
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
  • prior supervisory experience preferred

Job Duties

  • lead by example in providing attentive courteous and efficient service to all guests
  • ensure service standards steps of service and guest satisfaction goals are consistently met
  • train and mentor new servers on menu knowledge service techniques and pos system use
  • act as the first point of contact for server questions or guest concerns during shifts
  • assist with daily opening and closing duties including section setup side work and shift checklists
  • coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth communication and service flow
  • monitor table assignments and assist in managing guest seating when necessary
  • handle guest complaints or special requests professionally and promptly
  • maintain awareness of vip guests dietary restrictions and special events
  • ensure compliance with health safety and sanitation standards
  • support management in inventory restocking and ordering supplies as needed
