Job Requirements
- High School Diploma
- BS Information Technology
Job Qualifications
- 2-4 years using InfoGenesis or Micros Point of Sale Systems in high volume environment with multiple locations
- 1 plus year of trainer experience in restaurant or retail stores with high volume
- Information Technology background utilizing back office systems
Job Duties
- Direct and train all team members
- Track and record as required
- Manage daily quality of service
- Develop and implement specific sequence of service for each location
- Inspect and manage equipment to maintain working order
- Run reports as requested
- Input all requests and build all menus for all locations as needed
- Communicate with all support departments to insure quality is maintained
- Monitor staff performance, product quality and production flow
- Foster improvements where needed
- Direct staff in proper job functions and proper guest interaction
- Inspect proficiency of all users and coach as required
- Develop and implement training manual for each location to utilize for training
- Attend and participate in all scheduled meetings
- Other duties as required
