Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or GED or two years previous customer service experience or a combination of education and experience
- Five years experience in Food & Beverage preferred but not required
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and interpret bar graphs
- Ability to interact with guests, staff and resolve problems diplomatically
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook
- Must have knowledge of kitchen and restaurant sanitation, operation and maintenance of equipment
- Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime
- Ability to read and interpret documents in English
- Must complete TIPS training successfully
- Employee must qualify for required licenses and permits
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and handling up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in environments with moderate to loud noise, including exposure to secondhand tobacco smoke

Job Duties
- Provide guidance and daily supervision to staff in the department
- Support and administer operational goals and monitor achievement of performance and profit objectives
- Adhere to scheduling and coordinate scheduling concerns with manager focusing on guest satisfaction
- Support compliance to departmental budgets
- Promote and demonstrate superior customer service in line with company standards
- Monitor cost control methods by tracking inventory and pars
- Inspect food service procedures and menu items for optimal customer satisfaction
- Follow quality assurance procedures to meet health and customer service standards
- Respond to guest needs and report issues to manager
- Assist manager with administrative duties
- Conduct pre-shift meetings to communicate pertinent shift information
- Assist in cleaning and resetting the Food & Beverage Outlet as needed
- Monitor appearance of food and beverage served ensuring compliance with standards
- Assist in cross training team members and encourage peer support
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements within area of responsibility
- Maintain confidentiality in all departmental and company matters
