Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
  • OR 2-year degree from accredited university in related field
  • At least 1 year of relevant professional experience
  • Strong leadership capabilities
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work full time
  • Willingness to perform hourly tasks as needed
  • Knowledge of brand specific service culture
  • Ability to manage budgets and payroll
  • Commitment to professional and courteous conduct at all times

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED with 3 years experience in food and beverage or culinary field
  • OR 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with 1 year experience
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of food and beverage policies, procedures, and legal requirements
  • Ability to manage budgets and financial reports
  • Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making
  • Ability to motivate and build a cooperative team environment
  • Commitment to exceptional customer service
  • Flexibility to perform various operational duties

Job Duties

  • Assist in ordering food and beverage supplies, cleaning supplies, and uniforms
  • Supervise daily food and beverage shift operations ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
  • Support and supervise monthly self-inspection programs
  • Operate department equipment and report malfunctions
  • Supervise staffing levels to meet guest service and financial objectives
  • Encourage mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members
  • Develop goals and plans to organize and accomplish work
  • Provide exceptional customer service beyond expectations
  • Serve as a role model demonstrating appropriate behaviors
  • Manage daily operations ensuring quality and standards
  • Proactively address guest concerns
  • Set a positive example for guest relations
  • Review guest feedback and coordinate timely responses
  • Provide information to supervisors and co-workers through various communication methods
  • Analyze information to choose best solutions and solve problems
  • Perform hourly job functions if necessary
  • Maintain professionalism and courtesy
  • Comprehend and work within budgets and payroll reports
