Job Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent in related field
- minimum two years of Food & Beverage experience
- minimum two years of supervisory experience
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- fluency in English
- ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- ability to interact diplomatically with guests and staff
- ability to write reports and business correspondence
- ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
- collaborative communication skills
- proficiency with Microsoft Office
- presentation skills
- high energy and proactive mindset
- availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Supervise the Food & Beverage outlet and manage daily shift operations
- create effective and efficient schedules while managing labor costs and staffing objectives
- assist in budget process and ensure compliance with department budget initiatives
- promote and demonstrate superior customer service and ensure compliance with company standards
- enforce all applicable gaming laws and regulations
- assist in food service procedure development and menu item inspections
- support beverage department policies to control costs while maintaining quality
- coordinate activities with other departments
- assist with special events support
- ensure regulatory compliance within area of authority
- maintain strict confidentiality in all matters
