Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Minimum 3 years management experience in entertainment/hospitality/operations environment
- Proven work experience as an F&B Assistant Manager, Bar Assistant Manager, Assistant Food Manager or similar role
- Hands-on experience with point-of-sale systems
- Proven experience managing and achieving budgets
- Extensive knowledge of food service, liquor, bartending and service protocols
- Strong service skills and welcoming demeanor
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Perform all job positions needed to operate a Food and Beverage location from food prep, drink prep, bussing, serving, cash register, etc.
- Deliver a memorable guest experience through exceptional customer service
- Perform job responsibilities with a creative flair that elevates the exhibition narrative
- Assist in the hiring and training of staff to provide a memorable and uniquely Meow Wolf level of service to guests
- Enforce proper cash management protocols by delivering POS training to staff and following company policies for cash handling and cash room compliance
- Manage labor, productivity, quality control, and safety measures as established and set for site
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- Assist in planning and supporting promotional and special events in the venue, lounge, art gallery, corporate events, etc.
- Maintain all vendor and community relationships
- Assist in leading, developing, and managing a F&B team that encourages high guest service with talent growth and development
- Actively listen to and resolve complaints
- Work with the Scheduling Manager to ensure schedules are efficient and effective
- Set and maintain high standards of organization and cleanliness throughout the food and beverage locations including safe food handling
- Respond to injuries and emergencies appropriately
- Restock and replenish F&B inventory and supplies
- Work with the F&B Manager on inventory management and purchasing
- Remain knowledgeable on menu offerings and make recommendations based on guest preferences
- Collaborate with other team members to create and maintain a pleasant environment for guests
- Ensure staff is in compliance with all food and beverage regulations
