Job Requirements

  • 3 to 4 years experience working in bar and food and beverage management
  • 1 to 2 years experience in luxury bars or restaurants
  • strong beverage knowledge of beer, wine and liquor
  • TIPS and ServSafe certifications
  • work authorization in the United States

Job Duties

  • Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline employees in the designated food and beverage outlet to ensure cultural and core standards are met
  • plan and manage daily activities for outlet operation
  • provide visible leadership and support in the operation
  • promote good public relations and address guest complaints, concerns, or special requests
  • describe and ensure quality of food items, ingredients, and preparation methods with expert knowledge of wine and spirits
  • control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing, inventory and cash control
  • attend operational meetings to coordinate between departments
  • observe physical condition of facilities and equipment and recommend improvements
  • ensure compliance with all federal, state, county, and municipal regulations related to health, safety, and labor
