Job Requirements

  • US work authorization is required
  • Proven experience in food and beverage management
  • Experience supervising pool or recreational operations preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and emergency protocols
  • Ability to manage budgets and inventories
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a restaurant assistant manager or similar role in hospitality environment
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the restaurant industry
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations and familiarity with POS systems
  • Strong leadership and management skills with ability to motivate and manage a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations including opening and closing procedures
  • Supervise and support front-of-house and back-of-house staff ensuring adherence to company policies and standards
  • Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching to maintain high levels of productivity and guest satisfaction
  • Manage inventory ordering and control costs to maximize profitability
  • Resolve customer issues and ensure a positive dining experience
  • Oversee operation and maintenance of the pool recreational areas and related facilities
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure safety and satisfaction of all pool and recreation users
