Job Requirements
- US work authorization is required
- Proven experience in food and beverage management
- Experience supervising pool or recreational operations preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and emergency protocols
- Ability to manage budgets and inventories
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a restaurant assistant manager or similar role in hospitality environment
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the restaurant industry
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and familiarity with POS systems
- Strong leadership and management skills with ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations including opening and closing procedures
- Supervise and support front-of-house and back-of-house staff ensuring adherence to company policies and standards
- Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching to maintain high levels of productivity and guest satisfaction
- Manage inventory ordering and control costs to maximize profitability
- Resolve customer issues and ensure a positive dining experience
- Oversee operation and maintenance of the pool recreational areas and related facilities
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure safety and satisfaction of all pool and recreation users
