- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 4 to 6 years of related experience or training
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret scientific and technical journals financial reports and legal documents
- Ability to respond to inquiries from customers regulatory agencies and business community members

Job Duties
- Oversee full-service and select-service hotel portfolio including management of the Roof Top Bar location
- Maintain thorough understanding of hotel food and beverage markets and submarkets
- Develop and implement strategies to improve portfolio value
- Conduct financial analysis and performance tracking
- Perform property site visits to assess service quality and operational efficiency
- Champion capital improvements within food and beverage operations
- Develop and implement value enhancement opportunities to increase revenue and profitability
- Collaborate with procurement and project management teams on product quality and pricing
- Maximize financial performance by overseeing revenue generation and cost management
- Lead development and implementation of food and beverage elements in annual business plans
- Work closely with marketing to promote food and beverage outlets
- Support menu development including cost analysis and standardization
- Analyze catering menus and manage food costs
- Conduct quarterly competitive analysis
- Supervise and lead food and beverage operations and direct reports
- Manage pre-opening duties
- Participate in property acquisition or disposition evaluations
- Represent organization in industry-related matters
