- previous administrative experience in hospitality or food and beverage
- strong organizational and time-management skills

Job Duties
- Provide administrative support to the food & beverage management team, including document preparation, data entry, and correspondence management
- coordinate and schedule meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- assist in managing the department's budget, including tracking expenses, processing invoices, and preparing financial reports
- handle reservations and inquiries for dining venues, ensuring a smooth and efficient booking process
- maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory, supplier contracts, and staff schedules
- assist in the coordination of special events and catering services
- liaise with other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration
