Job Duties
- Enter and retrieve information from computer databases
- update records, files, and reservations
- answer guest inquiries
- transmit information or documents using computer, mail, or facsimile
- operate standard office equipment
- prepare letters, memos, and documents using software
- handle incoming and outgoing mail
- create and maintain filing and organization systems
- compile, copy, sort, and file records
- follow company policies and procedures
- maintain professional appearance
- maintain confidentiality
- welcome and acknowledge guests
- anticipate and address guest service needs
- assist individuals with disabilities
- speak and write clearly and professionally
- answer telephones with etiquette
- develop and maintain positive working relationships
