Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Prior food and beverage, bartending and/or event setup/execution experience
- Required certifications such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR and First Aid
- Ability to work well under stress and in high pressure situations
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and listening skills
- Ability to understand and work with financial data
- Capability to analyze forecast data and make operational decisions
- Experience in scheduling and managing staff shifts
- Compliance with cleanliness, sanitation and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- Prior food and beverage, bartending and/or event setup/execution experience
- Culinary proficiency
- Front of house experience in restaurants or related fields
- Certifications as required by federal, state, or local agencies
- Experience with brand's PMS and point of sales systems
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 or similar computer applications
- Minimum high school diploma, GED or equivalent
Job Duties
- Hold and maintain applicable certification requirements including Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR and First Aid
- Work well in stressful high pressure situations maintaining composure and objectivity
- Handle workplace problems including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems
- Listen to, understand, clarify and resolve concerns and issues raised by co-workers and guests
- Work with and understand financial information and data
- Analyze forecast data and make judgments to ensure proper payroll and production control
- Organize, direct, supervise and assist in preparation and service of all food and beverage based on standardized recipes
- Ensure cleanliness, sanitation and safety in kitchens, service stations, work and storage areas
- Manage shifts of food and beverage staff including covering call-outs, vacation requests and holiday schedules
- Provide oversight of kitchen staff, outlets, banquet food, display merchandising and departmental operations as required
