Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- high school diploma or equivalent
- knowledgeable of menu selections
- read, write, and speak English
- excellent customer service skills
- available to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
- meet professional appearance standards
- able to respond to visual and oral cues
- able to work in confined areas
- able to tolerate noise and bright lights
- able to work at a fast pace in crowded and noisy environments
- physically able to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 25 lbs.
- able to perform physical job duties involving bending, twisting, stooping, stacking, crouching, kneeling and balancing

Job Duties
- Clearing all tables and resetting them for new seating in accordance with venue standards
- ensuring each table is ready for guests' arrival in accordance with venue standards
- performing service duties for servers by picking up their orders when ready in the kitchen and delivering them
- monitoring tables to assess guests' needs and anticipate and respond to guest requests when the meal has been completed keeping table clear to provide a clean, neat, eating area
- restocking and cleaning assigned station at the end of shift to have ready for start of next shift in accordance with Department of Health standards
- interacting with guests and co-workers in a helpful, positive, upbeat, and professional manner
- attending pre-shift meetings
